Citroen DS3 Racing Limited Edition, the winning team at the back 5 WRC manufacturer’s titles & 6 driver’s titles is going to be unleashed at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. This Citroen Racing is completed with some significant developments on the stability & dynamic control.
A few significant sporting developments have also been conducted, this includes creating extra precise steering with the control system customized for the new tyres, the fitment of stiffer suspension springs, adapting front & rear shock absorbers, lowering the car, & expanding the front & rear tracks.
To attain additional power output from 156hp to 200hp, boost almost 30% over the standard unit, Citroen have adapted & optimized DS3’s powertrain mechanism, tuned the performance of the turbo, & in tune the mapping of the engine control unit. At the outside, DS3 is fitted with large 18? Alloy wheels, chrome door handles, a chrome-finished exhaust, & a carbon finish about the front bumper, lower body trim & wing extensions.
Manufacture of Citroen DS3 Racing limited editions will be finished in a special workshop & fitted with a parts kit. The manufacture will be limited to just 1000 units & is planned for the second half of 2010.
